Your design, made by people we know.
Stitch Sync finds the mill, the dye house, and the factory your product actually needs — then looks after sampling, production, and delivery while you get on with the next collection.

Tell us what we’re making
A rough idea is enough to start. If we aren’t the right people for it, we’ll say so on the first call rather than three samples in.
- Our team will review your concept and reach out with next steps.
- Your idea enters our development process the moment you submit.
- Precision, clarity, and craftsmanship begin here.

The whole way through, or the part you're missing
Whether you have no idea how to get your product made, or just need someone to manage manufacturing on your behalf, Stitch Sync can help. We find the right makers for your product, then look after sampling, production, and delivery.
- 01
Finding the right maker
We match your product to mills, dye houses, and sewing factories that genuinely make your kind of thing at your quantity — not to whoever answered the enquiry first.
- 02
Costs you can read
One brief goes to a short list. Prices come back broken down the same way every time, so you are comparing like with like instead of decoding six formats.
- 03
Sampling, properly
Lab dips, strike-offs, handfeel, fit. We chase the samples and get them into your hands until the cloth is the one you drew.
- 04
Someone who owns the date
Every project has one coordinator. Sampling, bulk, and remakes live in one place rather than being pieced back together from an inbox.
- 05
Quality and paperwork
Pre-production approval, inspection on the factory floor, and your GOTS, OEKO-TEX, and GRS certificates filed against the order where you can find them.
- 06
Getting it to you
Freight booked, customs cleared, and early warning when a vessel slips — so you move a date rather than explain one.
Four steps, and you only own the first one
From the brief to the boxes on your floor, the chasing is ours. Your part is to say what you want and to approve the sample.
- 01
Show us the idea
A tech pack, a sketch, or a garment you love and want made properly. Quantities and a target cost help, but you don't need them to start talking to us.
- 02
We find the makers
Your brief goes to a short list chosen on capability, capacity, and minimum quantity. Comparable costs come back, usually inside two days.
- 03
Sample until it's right
Lab dips, strike-offs, and a pre-production sample in your hands. Nothing is cut in bulk until you have said yes to the sample in front of you.
- 04
Made, checked, delivered
We inspect at the factory, book the freight, and clear customs — while you get on with the next collection.
